Overall
I Have the right to refuse any project
I don't do Vtuber Art Models! I just rig/animate!
I'll update you through your preferred communication method.
I Won't give the CMO3 files (Model Workspace)
Please, credit me!
The customer must notify me of the deadline (if any) with a minimum of 4 weeks in advance, and must not shorten the deadline.
The client is not allowed to modify and resell the model.
The client is allowed to ask for changes to the model even after the delivery of the commission. Major changes are considered as a new commission order.
Payment
Invoices will be made and sent via Paypal. Payments will only be accepted through Paypal.
The client will pay the first half upfront and the second/last half as soon as you show satisfaction with the rigging and are ready to pay!
I do not offer refunds
Agreement
By reading this document and showing intent of commissioning me, you agree to all the terms and that you ensure that you are above 18 and have enough funds to purchase digital goods. You also agree to absolutely not file for PayPal disputes and chargebacks and agree to contacting me first for corrections on your commission.
Workflow
Commission Application: π Taken via Google Forms.
Contact: π± I will reach out to you on your preferred social media platform.
Price Agreement: π° We will discuss and agree on the price.
Invoice: π© The first payment invoice will be sent to the client through PayPal.
Payment: π³ Once the invoice is paid, the work on the commission begins!
Progress Updates: πΉ Throughout the work period, I will send progress videos or pictures. Adjustments can be made based on feedback.
Testing Phase: π I'll send you the model with a watermark (to prevent unauthorized use). Once you are satisfied with the model, we can proceed to the next step.
Second Payment: π© The invoice for the second payment will be sent to the client via PayPal.
Final Model: π Once the model is satisfied and I receive the second and final payment, I'll send you a .zip file with the runtime model (without any watermark, of course) for Vtube Studio or any vtuber software program.
Post-Adjustments: π§ If there's any small adjustments desired by the client after trying out the model, these points will be fixed and I will send a new version of the files.
Future Additions: β If you would like additions or new things added to your model at a later time, we can discuss scheduling. I will prioritize any current commission I am working on over any adjustments or additions for past models.
About Rigging Makeover
First, ask the permision for your last rigger, unless you lost their contact somehow (you will have to prove it somehow), or you are the one who did your model or other specific cases.)
This special service is here to help people who need to make their 2D model look better according to your requests. If you've lost touch with the people who made your rigging or if you're someone who made your own models and want to improve them, I'm here for you.
(Remember, the decision of whether my rigging is better or not ultimately rests with you. Each rigger possesses a unique style.)
My goal is to assist in bringing out the best in your 2D models while respecting others distinct creative identity, I understand that each situation is unique, and some may only require repair work without a complete model overhaul, but they can't for specific reasons , that's why I'm here.)
